Privacy Policy
This policy explains what afkspins.bet does with the data of people who read it. We are an independent review site covering AFKSPIN Casino in Italian, German and French. We do not run games, hold player funds or open accounts.

1. Who runs this site
afkspins.bet is an editorial project that reviews the AFKSPIN Casino platform and publishes reference material on bonuses, verification rules and responsible-play tools. The site is operated independently of the casino it covers.

2. What data reaches us
Reading a page here does not require an account, and we ask for no registration. Three categories of data still arise:
- Server logs. IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer and timestamp, recorded by the web server for every request.
- Cookie and local-storage values set by this site or by the services embedded in it.
- Anything you type into a message you send us by email.
We collect no payment data, no identity documents and no gambling history. Those stay with the operator you sign up with.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary ones keep layout preferences such as the language you last opened. Others come from embedded resources: web fonts, the icon library and, where enabled, an analytics script.
Browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Blocking them does not lock you out of any page here, though a preference may reset between visits.
4. Why we process data (legal bases)
Under Articles 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(a) GDPR we rely on:
- Legitimate interest — keeping the site available, spotting abuse, and understanding which articles get read.
- Consent — for anything beyond that, including non-essential cookies, withdrawable at any time.
5. Affiliate links and click tracking
Outbound buttons on this site route through an intermediate page on our own domain, which forwards the click to a partner tracking link. That partner records the click so a signup can be attributed to us, and pays us a commission if one follows.
We receive aggregate figures only: how many clicks and how many signups. We are not told who you are, what you deposited or which games you opened.
Commission does not buy placement or scoring. What we publish about a bonus or a payout term is what we found when we checked it.
6. Analytics
Where analytics is active, it reports page views, approximate location at country level, device class and referring source. Reports are aggregated. We do not build profiles of individual readers and we do not run advertising retargeting from this site.
7. Who else sees the data
Data may be handled by: the hosting provider running the web server; Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site as CDN and security layer; the affiliate network that receives outbound clicks; and an analytics provider when enabled.
We sell no data. We share nothing with data brokers. Disclosure to authorities happens only where a valid legal order requires it.
8. International transfers
Some processors operate servers outside the European Economic Area. Where that applies, transfers rest on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or on an adequacy decision for the destination country.
9. How long data is kept
Server logs rotate and are deleted within 30 days unless a specific incident requires holding them longer. Analytics aggregates are kept up to 26 months. Email correspondence is kept as long as the matter is open, then removed.
10. Your rights in the EU and UK
If GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Consent, once given, can be withdrawn without affecting what happened before.
Write to contact@afkspin.com. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the supervisory authority in your country — in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, in Germany the competent Landesdatenschutzbeauftragte, in France the CNIL.
11. Notice for California residents
Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, California residents may ask what personal information has been collected about them, ask for its deletion, correct inaccurate entries, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. Exercising any of these rights will not degrade what the site gives you.
12. Age limit, changes and contact
This site addresses adults. Gambling content is not directed at anyone under 18, and we knowingly collect no data from minors. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
When this policy changes, the revision date at the top changes with it. Material changes are described on this page rather than pushed silently.
